The teams specialize in account reviews, and credit card and ACH payment processing.Credit Representatives assist customers to establish new accounts. Credit Specialists review and analyze existing accounts, and conduct investigations using internal and external resources.
Collection Representatives aid customers by offering payment options to accounts that have fallen delinquent. Collection Specialists handle accounts that are more specialized, such as accounts with missing or incorrect contact information, or those in bankruptcy.
