Customer Service / Inbound Call Center
LTD Inbound Call Center Representatives help customers over the phone with requests and questions they may have for any of our catalog titles: LTD Commodities, abc Distributing and The Lakeside Collection. Call Center representatives utilize their previous service experience in restaurants, retail or call centers, as well as on-site training to provide our customers with fast, courteous and reliable support. Call Center Representatives work directly with customers to place orders, check on order shipments, research and solve billing and accounts receivable issues. At times, Representatives have opportunities to help customers shop the catalog, and troubleshoot difficulties they may encounter on our websites.Accounting
