Job Description:
Shared Services Trainer
Location: Lincolnshire / Deerfield, IL

The Shared Services Trainer's primary responsibility is to ensure maximum effectiveness of the training programs. The trainer is to present policy, procedures and technical information to agents in both classroom and on the job training. The Shared Services Trainer will train new agents as they join the company and will provide ongoing training for existing agents. This is a highly visible position, requiring a high energy level and positive attitude. This position is located in Bannockburn and reports to the Shared Services Supervisor.

Qualified candidates will meet the following minimum requirements:
  • HS Degree required, some college preferred.
  • Professional training certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Some customer service training, collection and/or call center training experience preferred.
  • Previous facilitating experience preferred.
  • Strong oral presentation and written communications skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in MicroSoft Word and Excel required.
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Power Point is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) software and Workforce Management (scheduling) software is helpful.
