Your entire body feels stress, but it's our face where people can see the stress. While getting a facial might not be in your budget, giving yourself one at home is inexpensive, easy and relaxing. A good DIY sugar scrub lets you massage your face while gently rubbing away dead skin. They're easy to make -- a mild oil like avocado, grapeseed or olive oil mixed in a dish with twice as much sugar along with pureed fruit that brightens skin like kiwi, strawberries or pineapple.
