"The Rug is actually heavier and better quality than I expected, and I'd be 5-Star-happy with it except that I ordered the RUNNER and this one is the little appx. 2 x 3. so I'm in a quandry. Did "I" click on the incorrect size or is this a mistake made by the packaging team?? I'll contact Customer Service after Christmas for help with figuring this out. Meantime, I need to dig thru the trash for the shipping receipt/order thingy. EVERYONE HAVE A VERY HAPPY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HOLIDAY!!!!!"

"I bought 5 of the rugs and one runner, they looked great and fit my needs quite nicely. But the third time they were washed the rubber backing flaked off of approx. 50% of the back of each rug. Massive mess in washer and dryer and now rug slides all over the place and no longer lays flat. Will probably throw away whenever they need washed again. Not worth the money spent whatsoever. Very disappointing."
