Cheap Product.
"bought this product from a different store but this was the only place to review. it leaked and when I tried to tighten it, it snapped (while putting hardly any pressure on it). the connector to your water source is made out of cheap plastic, not metal."
Had to chop my dry brittle hair off
"I bought this shower head while waiting for a new water softer to get installed. After using it for over a month my hair was the driest it's ever been and I kept finding strands of my hair everywhere. My new water softner wasn't I stalled in time and I just had to cut most of my hair off becaise of how brittle it became. My beautiful thick curls are gone, I haven't had to have it this short since a bad perm in 6th grade 35 years ago. Plus I've been getting dry scaly patches on my face that I've never experienced in my life. This product not only doesn't help but hurt my hair and skin. I am utterly shocked this product gets any good reviews, they must be false. Stay away from this product, they owe me a wig!!!"
