"How can I rate your products when I still haven't received all of them? Halloween is this Saturday, and as of today (10/28/2026), I'm still waiting for my order. It's been almost a month! What's the point of offering free shipping if customers can't receive their products on time? Your shipping and logistics are terrible and seriously need improvement.
