"I really love this scarf. Yes, it is somewhat small, but if you wrap it around your neck it works wonderful. I live in Wisconsin and it keeps your neck very warm. There is also 3 different modes— high Red, medium blue, and low green. Also, it has a loop on one side to loop it close. Love it, love it, love it."

"Very soft. A little small, but if you put a ""pretty"" scarf over the top, you'll stay nice and toasty. I bought 5, one for me and 4 as gifts and everyone was pleased."

"The scarf is extremely small. I tried to charge the power bank but nothing worked even though a blue or red light would appear. The material is soft. Thankfully LTD allowed me to return the item."
