Mini muffin pans
"I guess I should have listened to what customers said in their review of the mini muffin pans but I thought by now the problem would have been fixed. The mini pans are not mini. They are regular size. Now I’m stuck with pans I don’t need. Will think again before buying from this company."
Wrong items received, but return is not free!!!
"I follow the measurements on the website, double checked these mini baking pans sizes are the ones I’ve been looking for. But yesterday when the package arrived, these are not MINI baking pans, all three of them are all full size baking pans. I called the customer service right away asked for replacement for the correct ones, the lady told me the mini baking pans are all out of stock. I then asked for return these useless wrong items, she told me there’s a shipping fee will be deducted from my refund once it processed. That’s very unacceptable! I’ve been shopping here many times over the years and always very satisfied and happy with everything and every single order, this time I am very disappointed and I am not going to shop here anymore. I’m stuck with these 3 brand new baking pans which are totally useless to me. If the items I ordered were out of stock at least you can do is let me know before sending something you thought I would want them. I really enjoyed shopping in this store, but now I’ve learned my lesson. They asked you pay for the shipping for return something they made the mistake. Warning ⚠️"

Really BAD customer service
"I placed an order of over $90 dollars, mailed a money order for full amount. After 2 weeks I called. They informed me over 1/2 of my order was cancelled and hadnt begun to process my order yet!! Then called 10 days later, they had cancelled more of my order and it wasnt being processed yet. I told them to cancel the rest of the order and send my $ back as I needed to finish my present shopping for Christmas. They refused!! Then proceeded to send my remaining order yet another week later. I refused package and have yet to get my money back."
