USB Mug Warmer-Induction-not even 1 star.

"I bought 2 of these, one meant to be a gift. They do not work properly. I started using the first one, and I understood that the cup's bottom has to be flat, but it has to be REALLY flat which is pretty much impossible to find, without even a tiny 1/16" lip on it. I must have 50 different mugs and none were flat enough, so I searched a bunch of stores and finally found 2 different ones. And I certainly didn't need any more mugs in my house. One was ceramic, and one was metal-- copper looking, and both had flat bottoms and they were non-insulated as advised in the instructions. Even though I started each time with hot coffee, they couldn't even keep the temperature of the coffee high enough. They would still cool down. After a few different tries, the first one wouldn't even turn on anymore when placing the mug down on it. So then I opened the next one, and the same thing. . . . . did not keep the coffee warm, so I give up, and I would never give it as a gift. I would like to return them, but I need a shipping label, please."

A piece if junk

"I just got this 3 days ago. If I could give it zero stars I would. I was excited because I had had an earlier model which I stupidly ruined. It had been wonderful, worked well, and plugged into an outlet. Absolutely a 5 stars product that I had had it for many years. So, saw the new one, sleek, usb capable, and sounded great. It's a piece of junk if there ever was one. It worked for about 5 seconds and then nothing! The button on the bottom works when pressed down by the weight of the cup. 5 seconds it worked, I'd return it but since it was $6. 99 it's not worth it. I had ordered a few things from Lakeside and although cheap, they all we satisfactory. Maybe mine's a fluke but beware!"

"Product is very very poor. Stopped producing heat after one use. If I hadn’t thrown the box away, I would return them. Ordered one as a gift and one for me. My sister says hers didn’t work from the start. Don’t waste your money!"

"I bought 2 of these and the first one I plugged in work for 2 days and the button quit working but it didn't keep my coffee hot even when it worked. The second one lit up but still didn't keep my coffee very hot. They are very poorly made and I would not recommend this product to any one."
