The picture shows a black rack and I chose the black rack and the rack you sent me was white! After putting it together it is a little on the flimsy side and hopefully dirt and dust from shoes don’t ruin this WHITE rack and turn it black."

"My husband put this shoe rack together and within 10 min after setting it up and putting 8 pairs of shoes on it and three very thin jackets in the hooks as I live in Georgia so our jackets are thin here. The whole top of the rack folded and fell over. Bent the plastic hooks and now we had to take the top part and not use it. So now we have a half of rack at my main door to our house. I would never recommend purchasing this rack to anyone."
