I got through I was on hold for a little over 86 minutes before somebody picked up and now I'm getting the run around to have any help to replace these items. they are poorly made or just defective."

Had I been in a store, I would have looked through inventory to see if there was one in better condition or simply not have purchased it at all. It is hanging up and looks fine from a distance. But I feel let down with this purchase."
