"Very Beautiful dress. I can see why some would want this dress for a simple or beach wedding. As to the sizing: I usually wear a X-L and so with the reviews, I ordered a 2x. I am a DDD and have broader shoulders with my waist the same size as hips. I did NOT have any issues with the bodice being tight. It was generous on me. The center ""waistband"" is a strip of lace with no lining behind it but is NOT see-through. Trust me. . . . . . I have large abdominal scars and would not wear it if you could see though the lace. All you can see is skin tone. The skirt portion is quite full and feels flowing and graceful to wear. The waist sits well below the bustline, which I like, so is not tight there. It looks great with a shear over-wrap or alone. Beautiful dress for the price. I look forward to wearing it. I have not washed this yet but will not dry it in the dryer. Maybe twist the skirt to dry it."
