    Missing Pieces

    "I bought this rack for my bathroom renovation project. I was so excited to find it as it was the perfect look at a great price. However, when I opened the box and was ready to put it together I discovered that the pieces were incorrect. I had four top pieces and no bottoms! I immediately called LTD to tell them and request a replacement the rack or even just the pieces, they told me it was sold out. So I’m now at a loss…. no rack for my bathroom and no idea on what to do with metal pieces that I would rather recycle, I am still awaiting a refund and am wondering why I am writing a review on a product that’s sold out! It’s a bummer."

    OK for organization of light weight containers.

    "I kind of agree with the other reviews that it’s not a well-made set of storage shelves but for the purpose I bought it for, it’s perfect. It was very inexpensive. The baskets are very nice quality and they fold flat if you need them to. It’s easy to put together and all the hardware that I needed to do it was enclosed . The instructions were adequate for this simple assembly. I am using it as a small storage shelf on a large table for some craft supplies which I needed in that location."

    "I love the product, however the box came damaged and there were no screws to put it together. The box look like it was returned to Lakeside and they just sent it back out? Called customer service the lady told me to go to the hardware store and get the screws I need and they would pay me back. First of all I had no measurements for the screws!!! Called customer service back and talked to Mark, he said send the product back with the label and paperwork he will send me in an email that should arrive in 72 hours. Never got an email!! so a week went by I again called customer service and the lady I talked to said there was nothing on my account that said this so she is sending me a new seagrass storage of no charge and throw out the one that is no good to me!!!"
