"This is such a pretty addition to the garden but I cannot seem to get it to twirl or light up. Changed the batterie & have played with the switch from off to auto & it just won't work. I have a shorter one that works but am at a loss to figure out the problem with the taller one."

"Cute and looks nice if the product is not defective. Bought one, like it so much and ordered another two. Unfortunately one came with a broken butterfly wing and one with a missing leaf. Fortunately, got Honey on the phone to help. She replaced them for me. Thank you. Lakeside stands behind their products and customer service is always helpful and courteous."
