"I love the colors but I had to return the quilt as it was too wide. There was NO PACKING LIST NOR ANYTHING IN THE SHIPMENT THAT TOLD ME RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. I HAD TO GO ON LINE TO GET THE HEADQUARTERS AND ALSO CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS AND ADRESSES. THE ONLY CATALOGUE I had was recycled by mistake. When I called the customer relations department your employee was so nice and he gave me the information needed and the address for the return. The king size quilt was returned USPS 3/17/26 and it cost me $27. 95. Tracking numbers 9534 6124 6857 6076 5728 69. Est. Delivery back to you on 3/20/26. I am elderly (89) and I spent hours researching how to return this item. WHY IS THERE NEVER ANY PACKING SLIP WITH RETURN INSTRUCTIONS IN YOUR SHIPMENTS TO CUSTOMERS???? NOT ALL OLDER CUSTOMERS STILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO EVEN DO WHAT IT TOOK TO FIND A SOLUTION. I HOPE THE APPROPRIATE CREDIT IS REFLECTED ON MY NEXT BANK STATEMENT.
