"I purchased this and it states that it is 17 inches but measures 12????? When I opened the package the wreath portion crumbled and made a mess. The greenery portion seemed dry rotted and a few of the pieces broke off."

"I was very disappointed in this wreath , it was suppose to be a 17 inch wreath when I took it out the box it looked so small , so I measured it and it was only 13 inches , I bought it to go around a decorative birdcage I had so I couldn't use it for that , you need to make sure your measurements are correct on your products ."
