"BEAUTIFUL MIRROR AND WELL MADE. JUST THE R8GHT WEIGHT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I DID NOT GET FREE SHIPPING DURING THE PROMO AS ADVERTISED. I WAS TOLD THEY CHARGE FOR HANDLING NOW. IT DID NOT STATE THAT IN THE PROMO. SO, IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, YOU ARE PAYING FOR SHIPPING. SHIPPING AND HANDLING HAVE BEEN INCLUDED AS ONE CHARGE IN THE PAST. THIS IS VERY MISLEADING. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE KIND OF SELLING TACTICS. I DO LIKE THE MIRROR AND WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING IT."

"I just received this mirror and I'm very pleased with it. It's attractive and fits nicely in the area I bought it for. It's a nice weight but not too heavy. I bought it during the free shipping and no minimum promo. However, when I received my invoice it was 3. 99 more. . . . . for handling. I was told that they charge handling to keep the costs down but shipping is still free. Sounds like a contradiction of terms and a ruse to sell. I have bought, many times, from this company during their promos with free shipping and I was never charged handling in the past. Buyer beware."
