"I really like it. The spout opening is a little small. I had to add an adjustable spout extender to the end. That worked and have had several positive remarks about it. My neighbor thought it was so cute she ordered two for herself!"

"I called twice to get a return shipping label, and twice I was told the request was sent to their back end team. I provided the same email address that is on my order confirmation page - the same email they have access to. The same email the order confirmation was sent to. Since then, ive been receiving plenty of spam from lakeside however no return label. I was forced to open a dispute with my bank."

"I believe I ordered the butterflies but what I received was the birds, so I am disappointed, but the colors and craftsmanship is very good. My gutter opening is bigger than the opening of the rain spout. Hope it works."
So cute I love it
"So cute I love it but mother nature sent some snow and I already had this out. My neighbor came over to help clear the snow and didn't know it was buried and the big pink butterfly broke off. Well I liked it so I ordered another and then took Gorilla Glue to the first one and now I have one for each of the downspouts at the front of the house, the frogs on the northwest corner and the birds next to my hummingbird gardens. They are so cute!"
