Halo Broken
"This is a wonderful item to honor the long-lived, family-dog pet who will be missed. Love the chimes and halo to honor our buddy. Unfortunately, everything was boxed great except for the very fragile glass halo which had no protection around it When I reported the breakage on 7/14/26 to Cazar via phone, he pulled up my order to ask questions of me. As soon as I described the excellent condition of outside and inside item boxes, he said the halo was broken before I could tell him. There must have been others reporting the same problem. The memorial is beautiful and has a visceral meaning to the person who desired to purchase it. It was a disappointment upon opening the package. Cezar explained that the back office team would review my concerns, replace and advise when another would be on the way to me; and no need to return broken item. I sincerely hope the replacement does not arrive in the same condition. Bonnet Saussol"
