"I’ve been wanting this cabinet for a while and decided to finally order it. . in fact I ordered 2. One for me another for my daughter. The order came very quickly and was pretty easy to put together. I love it!!!"

"I received the cabinet & the box had been broken & taped on both ends resulting in missing pieces (Fed Ex). After 2 phone calls to you I was given the option for replacement (the box broke because the card board was flimsy, I could break it apart just by ripping it with my hands?) or a Credit. I chose the credit as I thought what if the same thing happened with the replacement! I’m handicapped in a wheelchair & the box was brought into my area & I had very little room to maneuver around it! After inspection of some of the pieces. Main pieces hadn’t been stained?? I guess everything happens for a reason because the wood on the doors didn’t look rustic, it looked shabby!! Another piece had dried paint or stain drips! Nonetheless I appreciate you taking care of this. What I thought was going to be a nice cabinet turned into a really big inconvenience!! Thank You for the customer support. I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else because I was extremely disappointed & have to look elsewhere for a similar item"

"Recently bought this cabinet. It's just the right size for what ai was looking for. Took about 2 hours to assemble, it prob would have gone together quicker if all the holes had lined up to where the screws were supposed to go. But all in all, it went together pretty easily."
Awesome buffet!
"We bought this a little over a week ago. My husband assembled it with no problem. It looks great in our dining room. My only suggestion would be that more time needs to be taken with the staining. There were several places that we had to touch up the stain. The product itself is wonderful! I wish the shipping cost was lower tho."
Very Poor Qualty
"I received this item on September 13th. When we open it, the first thing we saw was the doors. There were gaps between the joints on both doors. The paint job looked like a child painted the doors with a spray can, including runs and a 2"""" circle of gray paint on a white door. No way to hide those mistakes!"
Missing parts, terrible customer service
"This arrived with no hardware other than the wheels for the barn doors. Called customer service, spent many minutes on hold, multiple times, only to be told in the end the “system” was down so locating the missing parts was not possible-call back the next day. Finally got an answer the next day that it would be 10 days before the parts could even be shipped out. So they have our money and we have pieces of wood we have to find a place to store for the next two weeks. Absolutely no offer to compensate us for their error. Just the explanation “this is how we do things”. It might be a nice cabinet if the parts ever show up but it will be the last time we take a chance with ordering from here."
