    "This product looks great in the catalog, but not in person. It is constructed poorly and almost feels like it is made out of cardboard. The wicker in the baskets falls apart in pieces, which I did not realize right away. . . there were pieces inside the baskets. I threw away the box, so am unable to return the product. This is the first product I have ordered from your company that I am not satisfied with. I even had to pay $10. 00 extra shipping, and it is extremely lightweight!"
