"So I received the planter and it obviously was broken, probably in shipping. I sent an email with a photo of damage, no response. Waited over a week and sent another email, no response. I have purchased from this company several times but if this is the kind of service I get it’ll not happen again."
"I was real satisfied with the garden planters! I also received my order for Flamingo of 4 sets but when the guy brought them this morning some of the parts were missing in one set. It is the poles that makes them taller when put in the ground. The box that they were in was torn open so i guess some of the pieces fell out of the box. so I need to send them back or you can replace them. Thank you very much."
"I bought one of these 10 years ago. The rim at the non-wheel end cracked on it this year, so I ordered this one to replace it. The first thing I noticed is that the plastic used on this newer model is not as thick and durable as the older one was. Then I saw that the rim on the handle end was cracked, so I'll have to tape it up if I want to use the handle to move the planter once I get it on the patio. Since the quality of the product with it's built-in obsolescence is not as good as it once was I only gave it 3 stars."
"Set up was pretty easy. As other reviews state the trellis is flimsy. I doubt it will support the fully grown tomatoes and watermelon I have planned and will need reinforcement. The stickers on the front are a pain. We bought four planters and got the stickers off of 3 of them in about 5 minutes with just a little residue needing additional cleaning. We spent 20 minutes on another and still have a lot to do. We'll get some goo begone or something."

"When I ordered this I had high hopes that it would be great for container gardening. When it arrived, the directions weren't clear and it ended up being hard to assemble. While putting it together, two of the rod holders broke and we will have to glue/tape them back together. While the actual planter is exactly as shown, and looks very solid, the trellis doesn't look like it will be sturdy enough for my tomato plants."
"I ordered 2. One came in a box and was complete, the other came with a label on it, no box. The one that came without the box was missing the side triangle supports. I reached out to com-any and have not received any response. Other then that these planters were what I was looking for"
