"Spoke with customer service for a refund. I was charged $20. 15 for 9 pairs. Was refunded only $16. 95, $3. 20 short. One rep said their computer calculates the refund. WHAT? I shouldn’t be penalized any amount for a product I didn’t receive. I’ll be back on the phone with customer service after the holiday."
