Nice like pic but too small for real books
"You cannot place anything heavy on the shelf even with anchors or studs to help hold the shelf up. The picture shows a couple of books on their sides with a piece of coral on top. The books would have to be really small. None of the books that I have would fit. The shelf serves the purpose that I bought it for. I have a coffee mug filled with pens, scissors, and a finger nail file. I didn't want it sitting on my narrow computer desk. It along with my stapler (regular full size stapler) fit on the shelf nicely. there is a little room to spare to add some sticky note pads."
