"I bought my first one and it was so beautiful that I bought another one. I didn't check that one thoroughly but put it away for the winter. When I finally opened it in spring it had a large defect. Too much time had passed so after much difficulty trying to contact customer service by phone and email, nothing was done for me. I then bought yet another one on sale and that one was not as good as the original one. I did receive a refund for this one. My advice is to take a chance and buy it if it's on sale, but check it thoroughly upon arrival."
