"It's a pretty wind chime and sounds nice in the wind. But the on/off switch is a joke. I finally got it to light up for a couple seconds. Buy it as a chime, but don't expect the light. Just doesn't happen. There are other reviews saying this too, it's not just me. But the price was right."
