"Love the look, but the small flower does not spin in the breeze. I can manually spin it so its not too tight, but dont get the full effect we were hoping for."
Couldn't use
"The final part when I put it together would not stay on. I tried multiple times and as soon as I would spin the flower it would fall off. It is very pretty and I would have loved to have it in my garden. The Quality score would be higher but since it won't stay together I could not justify a good rating."
