"Very disappointed. I called immediately after opening my package after discovering it was damaged. I want another one or my money back ASAP!!!!!!!!!!! This should have never been able to leave your warehouse in such condition. We were already upset losing our beloved dog and then this was for her and damaged. Photos will show cut & exposed wires, all chimes off except one not attached, rest shoved in back of battery/solar area and it too was just dangling removed. ZERO stars! Please send an intact one or my money back ASAP. Not happy at all with this item."
