"I purchased these slippers and other than looking very nice the sole edge that comes up and around the base of your foot is super hard and cuts right into your feet. There's no way you can wear them. Very disappointed and they only cost 9. 99 but shipping label is 7. 99. I would not recommend and would welcome a free return label."

"The slippers arrived damaged. It looks like a manufacturing issue. Fur is falling out, there is a hard stain on one of the slippers, and there are strings loose all around them. Very disappointing. I am unable to use these in this condition"
