"I got a notification that my item was delivered, but it wasn't there. According to the time frame of the notification of delivery, we missed it by 4 minutes. Our street is very busy and there couldn't have been enough time for someone to take it off our porch after delivery in between the 4 minutes it took us to reach our house. Plus, after we got home, we received 2 other deliveries!! If the package was small enough, sometimes it will get delivered into our mailbox. That wasn't the case either. I notified the company right away that I hadn't received my delivery, twice now. If you’re going to lie about delivering a package that obviously doesn't exist, I expect a full refund and will never shop from that store again!!! Absolutely terrible service!"
