"I love these pretzel rods! I buy them every year for my nephews HOWEVER this year they were shipped in flimsy plastic mailers. Two of the mailers were torn and the pretzel containers were perilously close to falling out of the mailers. Thankfully, the pretzels themselves were undamaged, but I was not happy about how they were shipped."

Shipping Disaster
"I always buy these pretzels, but this year was a MAJOR disappointment! They arrived in a box too big for my order, and there was no bubble wrap, or paper insultation to protect the contents. Therefore, the container of pretzels was beaten up. There were 14 pretzels either broken or completely smashed up. Only 3 remained intact. The catalog description says there's supposed to be 20, but there was only 17. I called Customer Service to report the shipping disaster, but they were too busy to take my call, so a lady got my name and number and said they would call me back later that day. It's been a week and still no call from them. I want a refund for this product."
