"I bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts. They are very cute and I got a great price because they were on clearance. I agree with other buyers the screw that attach braces to bottom of seat are too long. Had to order a replacement for one due to holes being in the wrong place, but it was shipped faster than the initial chairs! I had read reviews and was willing to take a chance for the low price. Overall, I am happy with the item and customer service."
Unsafe step stool
"I purchased this step stool for my 2yr old granddaughter. The stool is beautiful and vibrant. Unfortunately, I do not recommend purchasing due to being unsafe for children. When she steps on it raises and moves. I assist her when getting on and off but decided to place it in the closet out of sight until I can figure out a way to make it safe."

"I bought this about a month ago and called the day it arrived to ask why the instructions to put this item together was not in the box. I was told that this item does not come with instructions. I then asked for instructions to return it for a refund and as of today I have received nothing and still have a step stool that no one can use."

"Had a Little trouble with the directions at first. The screws didn't hold the back together so I had to use my hot glue gun with Gorilla glue to fix it. I think the back should be stationery for more support"

"The first step stool/chair we received was missing some of its hardware. LTD customer service was pleasant to work with and sent us another chair. The second chair had the exact same hardware missing. Hopefully we can find the hardware at a local store to assemble the chair because I do not feel like going through the hassle of calling LTD customer service again for the same product. Hopefully my husband is able to find what we need to assemble it. It is cute & a gift for our Grand."
Not worth spending more than $15
"I got this step stool for my 3 yr old. I couldn’t get it to stay together right out of the box. I followed the directions but with metal screws in soft wood there was no holding the last piece in place. It’s just going to have to be a simple step stool now since the football won’t stay attached to the arms. It says it holds up to 100lbs but I don’t think I’ll let him use it that long. It doesn’t feel sturdy enough to hold him if he wiggles too much. It also took almost a month to be delivered."
