"This is supposed to help babies and toddlers learn words, letters, sounds, etc. but the spoken voice on this device is from a non-native English speaker and some of the words are impossible to understand or just clearly are spoken with an accent. Normally that’s not a problem, but when the thing is trying to quiz my toddler and get them to find things that are pronounced terribly, it is confusing and counter productive."
"I purchased the Tap and Learn Soundboard for my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived promptly. However, after trying two different sets of batteries we were not able to get the board to come on. Customer Service Staff assured us that we will receive a new board before Christmas. Looking forward to receiving the replacement. Will review again once we receive it."
