It is lovely
"I have seen these before and I really love them. I am not yet mastered how to get the smoke down chimney to the waterfall. I'm gonna keep working on it because I really like this product. It is beautiful."

"I never received it in my order so I called customer service for a replacement and have been patiently waiting. So I’m sorry the only thing I can report is it was not included in my order and I was actually very sad about that because I had thought about ordering it so many times and when I was excited I finally did it didn’t come???!!!"

Cool idea
"This is really cool easy to use. I like the way the smoke moves around the ceramic container. It doesn’t leave much residue. It’s easy to empty the dust. It’s a very neat package. I love the way. It is set up."
5 outta 5!
"Wow! Very impressed with fast shipping. I am pleased with my purchase. Enjoy watching the smoke go down the stairs, so mesmerizing. The cones sometimes take a bit to light, but it does state that in the booklet. A bit disappointed in the smells of the cone, don't really smell like they should, but that is just my opinion."
