"Placed an order and within minutes realized delivery would be too late. Tried to cancel online, chat and phone call. All failed, saying I had to receive the package- took a week- then return (with approval) and pay for shipping to return- will take several more days per rep. We could not agree that if the items could be canceled it would save on time and resources. So the package now is sitting on my desk while I await the letter and label that says it is ok to return an item I did not even want shipped. I will never order from this company again."
