"I purchased a string of lights, within LESS than 5 minutes I canceled my order, contacted customer service. They stated that being the item already shipped they couldn't cancel my order, that I'd have to wait until I received the item then ship it back and wait for a refund. The item couldn't have possibly shipped ot tge item even pulled from a shelf for that matter. They could have easily canceled my order. For this reason I give 1 star. The customer service sucks as well as the refund policy. Its a shame really, I like a lot of tge things they offer but, I will never order from them again!!"
