Couldn't get the right item (cushion)

"Never received this item. Was listed on the invoice that was in our order box, but was not in box. Received some ring holder that was not ordered. When I called the company, they said they would reorder it and sent the same ring holder again with an invoice that stated it was this cushion. It appears they have something labeled wrong in the warehouse. They said they could try again, but couldn't be sure that we wouldn't get another ring holder so I opted to just refund the purchase price."

"I received my large order but received an incorrect item instead of this cushion. I call Customer Service and they were very apologetic and reordered the cushion for me. Then when I received the new order, it was the same incorrect item again. I again called CS and all they offered was a refund."

"I got this cushion about a month ago and, so far, it seems to be good. My only concern is that it lose it's fluffiness. I've tried 'fluffing' it, like a pillow, but that doesn't seem to work well. I use it for sitting at my computer, and use the back part for support. It's, of course, getting flatter on the part I sit on, and I don't know how to fluff it up. Not very helpful after daily use."
