Can’t review something I’ve never received.

"My order has been sitting at a FedEx terminal 45 minutes away from me since 5/19/26 (it is now 6/14/26). Lakeside customer service told me to call FedEx, FedEx told me they were waiting for final delivery instructions from the shipper (Lakeside). I called Lakeside and told them they needed to contact FedEx and was told “we don’t call FedEx because we’re customer service and only talk to customers. ” FedEx will not allow me to pick up my package(s), either. I was offered a refund or reship. The first order didn’t arrive so why would a reship be any different? I requested a refund. I have not received the refund. I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I will not be ordering from Lakeside Collections or LTD ever again."
