"I like the holder but disappointed that the bear on top was broken off the pole holder. The wooden pole holder had split but glued back together. The bear I can attribute to shipping perhaps but the wooden dowel can not be explained that way. Too much hassle to return so will try to repair."

"The paper towel holder is cute. However, it arrived broken. The bear was broken off of the top. I was able to glue it back together, but we'll see if it holds. Also, it's not real convenient to load the paper towels. You have to turn it upside-down and unscrew a teeny-tiny nut from the bottom and take the rod out."

"I have just received the Bear paper towel holder. The bear is broken on the top and the middle rod did not want to screw into the base rod. I finally was able to get together. Hopefully it will stay. I rarely have any issues in all the years I've ordered from with LTD products, however, use caution ordering this paper towel holder. It would be cute if it didn't have so many defects."
