Disappointed and want a new one
"I bought this awhile ago because I was in process of getting a new quartz countertop and new under mount stainless sink. I thought this would be perfect to place in sink to protect it while also having a place to put coffee cups waiting to be washed. My husband washed some bowls after eating pasta with sauce and the hammock sink mat got badly stained. I tried to get the stain out using bonami cleaner while soaking in hot water in the tub but wouldn’t come out. Hammock sink mat is ruined. This is unacceptable as it is supposed to stay in sink and shouldn’t have to be removed each time you washed a dish. I want a replacement free of charge shipped to me. The countertop and sink was just done this week so I just start using this week. Thank you for understanding."
Does what it's suppose to do
"The middle is soft plastic so it sinks in and makes dishes lean a little. Don't recommend for single sink."
Looks Great!
"Great size, looks goog ANF feels good but spend a lot of time on a office chair and it won't roll onto it keeps bunching up. Needs to be heavier weight to stop bunching up. Aside from that very pleased with it and love the compliments how great it looks."
Great tray, but didn't fit in my sink
"This is a fantastic little tray for the price, but be warned it didn't fit in my sink. I'll repurpose it in my house, but I ultimately wasn't able to use it in my sink. Guess I should have measured before I ordered, but that's on me."

"Everything is great but they charged me twice for the items plus another item I got. been with ltd for over 30 years and evey time I call about it the don't listen to me they told money out of bank account twice for the items. I would. Like to talk to someone higher up about this issue. I don't get any satisfaction from customer service or billing. T"
