"I purchased the shelf end of January. It was missing the absolutely necessary hardware to even put this together. I STILL NEED THE HARDWARE!!! Can someone please send me the hardware needed to assemble this. This is the SECOND time posting this review and it was not posted the first time. Please send me the missing pieces or refund my money."
"So the shelf itself is what it’s supposed to be except, the washers that stabilize the shelves to the frame were not sent in the shipment. I’d love to keep the shelf and be able to use it, but didn’t receive all the parts necessary. Basically the most important part of this shelf is what they didn’t send. I’d love to either be sent a new complete shelf and I can send this one back or just the washers that are missing!"
