Poor craftsmanship
"I honestly don't know why these have such high reviews. I know they are inexpensive but I didn't expect them to be so cheaply made. I bought enough to spell my last name with the word THE in front of it. I have to touch up every single one with white and black paint and, unfortunately, one of the Es is irreparable. I definitely expected a lot more, considering the high reviews."
Coloring issue
"I purchased the alphabet tiles but upon arrival the letter s tile was a different color then the rest. When I reached out to customer service they offered to send me a replacement s tile but again it was a different color then the rest but the same as the original s tile. After reaching out again to customer service, they explained that it’s a known issue. So buyer beware if you need a s tile to complete the name. Otherwise, the tiles are super cute and a great idea."
