"I am returning my items that I purchased due to having a very unsatisfied experience with customer service. I purchased the same item twice by mistake and discovered immediately what I had done and and called to cancel the 2nd order and get refunded. The conversation left me very upset with the companies "new policy" as I read the return policy myself and it said to contact the number to get an issue settled. My issue didn't get settled at all, and I was dissatisfied with the outcome, so instead of returning 1 item, I'm returning both as now, I'm being charged for both out if my bank account and need to wait until the product is returned for refund. Also, both orders didn't have an invoice with return label on the back do now im having to contact support again, and I use that term loosely, to attemp to get a return label for both items. Im very dissatisfied with your "service" K. Dull"
