Wire was cut so no lights for largest part of tree
"The entire top portion of my golden 60" tree has a severed wire & doesn't attach, so does not lite up. I am so disappointed! The other shorter gold tree I ordered is not here yet, so l have nothing to put up for Christmas! Can you help me with a replacement in time for this Christmas? (No reply at all so far to email after over 24 hours. ) Help! I’ve ordered so much from LTD & never had this happen before!"

"It should be noted these are USB plugs which is very inconvenient, also they connect with a wire and plug halfway up the tree, cannot hide the plug. Okay outside under cover but would never put in my house, cheap quality, very cheap looking gold wrap"

Bright! Pretty , but bright!
"The tree arrived quickly. I was worried when I opened the box and saw the tree. It is wrapped with gold paper and needs lots of spreading on adjusting. But it did look better after I set it up. My disappointment is that the tree does not “twinkle” at all. There is no switch, no remote, or adjusting to the brightness ( which is very bright!) , Just plug it in and Wow! There you have it."

"Look great in magazine but when received they were smashed into too short of box with tops bent over, some lights not working! The plug is big and bulky. Can’t plug in sequence. Just poorly made."
Small tree does NOT twinkle
"I’m giving this two stars because it’s gold and the perfect size. That said, the small tree does NOT twinkle. I searched and searched for a small tree that twinkles and plugs into an outlet because I don’t want to mess with batteries. In the video this tree looked so cute with the twinkling branches. Imagine my disappointment when it doesn’t actually twinkle. I thought maybe it needed to “warm up” so I left it plugged in for two hours. Nothing. So I took it to Goodwill where hopefully someone who isn’t buying a tree specifically because it supposedly twinkles will be happy with it."
