"The 4 storage containers came in a huge box. The box was heavily damaged and there was no packing material at all in the box. Three containers were surprisingly not damaged, but one of the little wheels on the 4th container is broken. Would it be possible to get a replacement container for the one that is damaged?"
"I purchased one of the Rolling Slim Household Storage bins for my pantry from another online retailer. It was a perfect fit for the bottom of my pantry, but it was expensive and I really wanted a few more but could not afford them at the price I had paid for one. After some browsing I found the exact same item/brand here for 1/3 of the price of original purchase. Needless to say, I stocked up on more than I had hoped to buy. What a great find for smaller spaces. Just grab the handle and roll the bin out. I keep heavier items in these and have been thrilled with them. Highly recommended!"

I have contacted by phone twice the customer service department. Both times they promised to send me a replacement.
