"The solar stake is pretty in green! It is sturdy and feels heavy duty. As the included instructions say, NO light can interfere with the night time illumination. Streetlights, porchlights and other solar lights will stop it from coming on. The solar battery has a long enough cord so you can put the stake in a dark area at night and place the charger in the sun during the day. A little trial and error may be required."
