Inaccurate product description
"Cover is not removable. Online description is inaccurate. It says the cover is removable and can be laundered. This is an incorrect description. At best, it can be cleaned gently by hand or with a portable rug shampooer like a little green machine. This was a gift. I would not purchase it for this price point due to the cleaning issue. When I called customer service, they could not provide me with instructions on how to remove the cover. They kept telling me there is a zipper. There is No Zipper!"

"Tried to return but that in itself was an ordeal I had to have a package slip which there was not one in the package Then had to pay for return and find a FedEx place to send back Customer service not helpful at all. This also went through that I did not receive my package. I did receive please disregard that email"
