Very poor construction.
"I bought 4 of these mugs this week, I washed them as directed. The first time I used one, half of my coffee seeped between the inside of the mug and the outside wall. I am requesting a refund, of the 4 mugs, they are not worth the money ! I emailed my refund request 2 days ago and so far I have not received a reply. I will not buy anything from LTD again."
