Poor quality control with picking items
"I ordered a 2XL Navy jacket and was sent a Large black jacket. I am very unhappy about this mistake because returning the item is difficult since I live in the country about an hour away from a FedEx office. Also, according to the packing slip, returns are subject to a $7. 99 return shipping fee. If there wasn't a 2XL Navy coat available why not just cancel that part of my order instead of sending me the wrong size in a different color?"

Nice but not true to size
"Quality is nice but not true to size you need to size up… I bought 3 as gifts 1 large 1 x large and 1 2x the large was to small but the other two were fine I think the large was mis marked looked more like a medium. . I’m holding on to the large maybe I can gift it to someone else"
Nice coat, runs small
"I called twice to get a return label for an exchange. Both times I couldn't understand the reps and after giving my email address I didn't recieve the label. Wrong email, they used the address from 20 years ago after I spelled it out twice. The said I'd get an exchange but ended up with a refund."
